A Two-Day Journey of Memory, Healing, and Light
September 11 & 12, 2026

Lights for Lahaina 2026

Lights for Lahaina returns in 2026 as a two-day, community-centered remembrance and healing experience honoring Lahaina’s past, present, and future. Created in response to the August 2023 wildfires, the event offers space for reflection, connection, and collective healing grounded in community, culture, and aloha.

Across two evenings, the experience brings together storytelling, creative expression, live music, and shared moments of light, culminating in a respectful Light March through Lahaina that symbolizes unity, resilience, and hope. Designed to be free and accessible, the event uplifts local cultural practitioners, artists, nonprofits, and small businesses while supporting ongoing recovery. Sponsorship opportunities are available for those interested in supporting this community-led effort.

Who is Aloha Amplified?

Aloha Amplified, Inc. is a Maui-based nonprofit led by a small group of dedicated community members with experience in recovery efforts, environmental and cultural work, communications, and local economic development. At the heart, we’re simply people who love this island and want to give back. We created Aloha Amplified to support the strength already alive in our communities—by uplifting local stories, small businesses, and efforts that bring people together through events, programs, and connection. Everything we do is rooted in aloha and guided by a deep sense of kuleana for Hawai‘i’s future.

How can I support Aloha Amplified’s mission?
